Refund and Returns Policy
Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you’re not satisfied with the work, you can discuss any changes with your account manager. If issues remain, you can cancel your project with valid reasons. Since our time is our money, refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as missed deliverables, major scope deviations, or unresolved technical issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
